Hi there,
I use the mail merge to send out many emails from LN.
Unfortunately the recipient (outside LN, like at @google.com) receives the email without rich/HTML formatting.
If I cut down the script to just "take a particular document/email and Send", it still does the same.
It even happens if I change the agent into Formula language and use @MailSend.
But, if I simply save my generated mail merge documents as draft, open up the draft and click SEND, then the same email to same address arrives just fine with the rich/HTML formatting preserved.
Any idea why? How to fix this?
