We would like to move user to new OU. For example: From "username/companya/sle" to "username/companyb/sle". From "Domino Administrator" > "People & Groups" > select the person and then click "People-Rename" > Click "Request Move to New Certifier". However we doesn't get any error message and it also shows successful in "Processing Statistics", the name hasn't changed to new OU.
I have click "Complete Move for selected entries. It also says "No error".
But the name hasn't changed. User's contact information still show old certifier name in address book. I also checked log and certifier log, i haven't found any error message. How do i move the user? and how to check the error.
Also, can I create service request from IBM? can I do it on web?
