This may be a problem we know about and are working with currently.
Can you provide us the name of the attachment that is causing the problems? We have a known problem:
DAMO: Attachment with accented file name and HTML format sent from DAMO has contents stripped
I'm wondering if this is the same problem you're seeing. In either case, we probably should have you open a PMR so we can work with you to get the problem resolved. If it's the same problem we know about, having you open a PMR will make sure you get in line to also get the hot fix once it's available. If it's not the same problem, we'll need to work with you to collect some more information.
