IBM IMSMO Issue Users are Disconnecting

HI,

 

I have configured IMSMO server in our environment with version IMSMO 2.02.6 on windows platform.

 

I am facing issue with configuring users proflie in outlook. Users are getting disconnected without syncing.

I am getting this error in user dump file at server level.

"ibm traveler server cannot access user mail file ***.nsf on abc/123 server because remote function call is not possible in domino server."

Users mail file are available in IMSMO server having access to inotes.

SSL certificate is successfully configured.

If I change user home mail server to IMSMO server it works fine.

What could be the reason?

Mail replica is required on IMSMO server

Do you have a replica of the users mailfiles on the IMSMO server?

Yes we do have mail replica in our IMSA server.

I have Installed IMSA server on top domino server which is sceonddary server.

 

AS per logs IMSA server trying to access mail file in user home mail server which is primary server.

IMSA server has full access of users mail file.

WE also have connection document between primary and secondary server.

USers are able to sync successfully if I change user home server to IMSA server in person document.

We had the same issue

We had the same issue.

After changing the Home server to the IMSMO server, sync is successful.

Then we changed the Home server back to the originally Domino and sync is still working permanently.

It seems that IMSMO needs this one time (?)
