My changes were

We add a new server to the domain.     We just create a new server called S4.MYServer.com  and try to connect it.  now no connection works.

things to try

Remove the the new server and see if sso works again.

If so compare dns server docs to see what is different about this server and the other servers in the cluster

Web SSO?

Are you referring to Web SSO? Rebuild your 'Web SSO configuration for LtpaToken' document - ensure all servers are listed. Restart HTTP on each server.
