I was lucky enough to attend the 2007 Premium Support Seminar in Boston yesterday. I spoke to loads of customers about Lotus' electronic support options.
One thing I learned: Many customers are not aware of the IBM Education Assistant. The Education Assistant boils down to a web site that offers free training. It integrates narrated presentations, Show Me Demonstrations, tutorials, and resource links.
For many customers it is difficult (or impossible) to attend live trainings - it's expensive and time-consuming. For those customers, free online training is a great thing.
