Lotus Support news

The article,  "Automating application memory usage tracking in Microsoft Windows environments," has just been published to the Notes & Domino wiki.  Here's the Summary:

Microsoft® Windows® has many graphical tools to monitor applications' memory usage. This article discusses the possible methods for collecting process memory data and the options for automating the process, highlighting collection tools such as PsList, VMMap, and NSD. Though we focus on IBM® Lotus®-specific product collection, many of the techniques can be applied to any product.

Thanks go out to Scott Hopper for authoring this article.
