Lotus Support news

Occasionally, we in Support receive queries from customers trying to run Lotus Sametime on a Lotus Domino 8.5 server.  Right now, no version of Sametime is supported with the Domino 8.5 server.  But you can be sure we'll address that in the next Sametime release.  For what happens if you do try to use this version, see Andy Yiu's post "Running Sametime 8.0.2 on Domino 8.5."

Places I've found to monitor the plans for the next release of Sametime, Sametime 8.5, include the Sametime blog or the Sametime forum, and of course the main Lotus Sametime product page.  I'll also be updating the technote "Which versions of Domino are recommended when installing a Lotus Sametime server?" when Domino 8.5 becomes supported for Sametime.
