Lotus Support news

I'm very excited to pass this news along.  The "Sametime Essentials" training that is used internally to train the Sametime Support Engineers has been modified for customer use and made available to the public.  I think this is really neat.  The tutorial is designed to take four days to complete, and is delivered through a Notes database.  The following document has more details about the specific topics covered, and includes a link to the download:

Lotus Education on Demand: Sametime Essentials for a Sametime Support Team

Excerpt:

This tutorial is a four-day course covering the following topics:
1.        Introduction to Sametime

2.        Sametime Administration; Community Server Architecture; Meeting Services Architecture; Broadcast Services
3.        Multimedia Services; LDAP
4.        Debug; Servlets; Security

Thank you to all the folks who worked so hard on getting this database ready for external use!!

We would love to hear what you think of the training.
