The article,  "Automating Microsoft Windows memory-collection implementation in a real-world environment," has been published to the Notes and Domino wiki.  Here's the Abstract:

This article describes the challenges in implementing diagnostics programs in a real-world customer environment and describes how a memory-collection tool was built to better understand memory allocations on specific application processes.
