This technical paper describes problems that occur if your Lotus Notes calendar displays no free time information; where invitee names and/or rooms and resources are grayed out in the Free Time dialog box. Like this:

If your Free Time lookup is returning information for invitees, but that information is incorrect, this technote will describe the most common causes and solutions.
