We are pleased to announce that the IBM Electronic Support Channel on YouTube is now Live. Currently, the videos focus on the Support Portal, but we will be adding videos about other electronic support tools as they are available. We will also be creating a page on the Electronic Support site that embeds key videos and links to the channel.
