When we announced the new support page design for the main IBM Software support pages this past September, we indicated that the next phase of this new design would be deployed on the product-level support pages. We're pleased to announce that the new design has now been implemented on the following Lotus/WebSphere Portal product support pages:

The new multiple-page design features a wider, easier to read format and includes the following enhancements:
  • Support task navigator: The new task-based navigation provides direct access to the primary support tasks and tools.
  • Simple text search: A simple text Search box is easily accessible on every page.
  • Additional support links: Additional related support links are now grouped in easy to understand categories at the bottom of the each page.
