@Dharmendra S Shekhawat: The right-click way is the older way (before Notes 8.5.3). But if you want to do that, you right-click the name that you want to delete.

Do you know if there is a way of creating categories within Stationary? Eg: if you have 20 stationary items and you want to categories them so they appear under the categorisation view?

I think the best easiest way for me was, when you compose a new message select the disered font and size or color etc.. then:

Text-->properties--> go to last tab-->select define style--> name anything you want (I named My_Default_Font)-->Check all three boxes (hot key one is important).

Now you whenever you are composing the e-mail just press the hot key and the font should change to what you defined in propertied before.

Lotus Notes is the worst e-mail client I've ever used! It's slow and dull. The only feature I like is being able to access applications. The rest are simply 90s like e-mail system.

When I open fonts and colors I do not have color options appear as shown above. I'm on Notes Release 8.5.1 SHF29.

To restore the original Mail app template: From your workspace right click on your mail app and go to application->replace design->Change the template server from local to my server (AMER-ML35/SRV/CSC), scroll down to CSCMail (R852C), click replace. It took a couple of minutes to complete.

That worked, but I lost the default font I had set it to, it’s back to the original Sans serif. oh well.

I’m using Notes 8.5.2FP3. I did this:

To update the the Mail app template:From your workspace right click on your mail app and go to application->replace design->and select Mail (R8.5). The default font option was there now. I changed the default font ok, however, some other things are not there now (the privacy text that normally gets appended to the end of the email). I want to change the template back to what it originally was, except each time you go in there, it shows the first one in the list out of the 9, so I don’t know what it was originally, and none of the selections seem to be appropriate. How do I go back to the original template?
