WebSphere Dashboard Framework - HeatMap and ColorMap chart samples

The WebSphere Dashboard Framework contains many builders to build charts for dashboard applications, such as WebCharts Enhanced, Summary and Drill Down, Bullet Graph and Map builders.

For most of the supported chart types, the Dashboard Framework leverages the WebCharts3D technology from Greenpoint, which provides a large variety of charts.

Only a subset of all chart types provided by WebCharts3D is listed in the user interface of the WebSphere Dashboard Framework builders though.
However, the chart types that are not listed there can still be created by using customized chart styles in those builders.

The sample models attached to this article display how the HeatMap and ColorMap charts can be displayed by Dashboard Framework builders using customized chart styles in the builder inputs.

Notes on running the sample and prerequisites
Copy the attached model files to the models directory of your WebSphere Portlet Factory Designer project. You will need to have the GreenPoint Web Chart Builder and the Dashboard Framework Feature Sets installed in the project you are using.
