A deployment war is for running applications on an application server in a production environment.
From the command line CD (change directory) to the
Create a build.properties file in this directory and set these properties
dist.dir is the directory you want to build to. I.e. dist.dir=C:/builddir
warfile is the name of your war. I.e. warfile=abc.war
From the command line:
ant -f build_deployment.xml -propertyfile build.properties
A deployment war should have been built to the path you specified above.
