This section includes samples and information related to the profiling functionality of Portlet Factory. Profiling in Portlet Factory can be used to create multiple variations of an application from a single source model. Profiling is also used to support runtime customization of applications, for example using the Edit and Configure functionality of WebSphere Portal.
