Sample Description
This article and accompanying sample demonstrates how to use Portlet Factory Version 6.1.2 and later to localize portlets using content from a database or some other back-end server.  It is intended for developers writing portlets that must support multiple languages where the language translations are not stored as traditional file-based resource bundles.
