This topic describes the inputs for the Imported Directory builder.

|Name||Enter a name for this builder call. The WebSphere® Portlet Factory Designer displays this name in the builder call list.|
|Starting file or directory||Enter the directory or HTML and JSP file (inside the project servable content area) to use as the starting point for importation. |
|Max Pages to Import||Lets you set an upper limit on the scope of the import operation. Enter a value representing the total number of pages to import. |
Note: A smaller value limits the amount of time a generation takes.
|Import Linked Pages||Lets you expand the depth of an import operation. Select one of the following states. |
Only the contents of the starting directory (or file) are imported.Enabled
As links are found and re-written. Matching pages are imported (recursively) if not already imported.
|Add BASE tag||Enable this input to allow the browser to resolve relative URLs within the imported directory. |
You can use a BASE tag instead of converting to absolute URLs. Be careful. If your page is embedded in some other page or Web site that also defines a BASE tag, your URLs might not be correct.
