Use this builder to add a tree control to a specified page location in your model and display elements described in XML data.
In most common uses of this builder, the following inputs are key.Page Location
Use this builder either as an input or an action control. If the builder is attached to a page location that is already a form input type (for example, INPUT, SELECT, or TEXTAREA), it converts the input to hidden. If the page location is not a form input type, the builder creates a hidden input. Each time the user clicks on a tree item, the corresponding value is copied into the associated hidden input. Label Element
The Dojo Tree builder adds a Dojo dijit.Tree control to a specified page location. For information about the Dojo Tree widget, refer to the documentation at http://www.dojotoolkit.org .
In the XML structure that specifies the elements in the tree that you are displaying, you need to identify an element name that is used to display a label for each node. Value Element
If you do not specify a value element in the XML structure, the builder uses the Label Element as the value for each node in the structure.
The default values in the Item Icons
group are typically used for most usages.
Key objects this builder creates
The tree can fire a server or client side event when a tree element is clicked. You need to associate either a client-side or server-side event handler with this event. The event name is created using the builder call name plus OnClick
The builder creates a helper LJO that is named with the string that is entered in the Name
input. The LJO is solely for builder use and has no publicly callable methods.
