The creative phase of a WCM Project varies from project to project. It may involve very little time with existing graphics being utilised or many months in which an entire site is designed with new branding. The team who carries out the creative design also varies. It may be an internal team or the work may get outsourced to an external creative agency.

This part of the series will look at some of the considerations in working with an external agency and answers to some of the common questions we are asked. It does not include any instruction about how to do the creative design or how to produce the creative deliverables as this is out of the scope of this series.

In the case of our Intranet template project, which this series is following, we outsourced the creative work to the agency “Devotion Digital”.
