This demonstration shows you how to install and use ISALite Version 1.3.3. This tool automatically collects the data and logs from your operating system that the Support team uses to quickly provide solutions to issues that you may encounter when running IBM WebSphere Portal Version 6.1 or higher.

This demonstration shows you how to install and use ISALite Version 1.3.3. This tool automatically collects the data and logs from your operating system that the Support team uses to quickly provide solutions to issues that you may encounter when running IBM® WebSphere® Portal Version 6.1 or higher.

This demo video will highlight how to enable tracing without restarting the server when running the ISALite tool. The ISALite tool may be downloaded from the WebSphere Portal support websiteexternal link.
