Carrie Hu

Corinne Letilley is a Technical Support Specialist in the Remote Technical Support Center, IBM Global Services Canada Ltd. She
supports a broad range of products from the WebSphere and Lotus brands including WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, she has been working with many of these products since their inception. Prior to WebSphere, she worked primarily with the AIX operating system user interfaces and graphics on the RS/6000. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce with a major in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.

Ivan Portilla is a Certified Consulting IT Specialist with Business Consulting Services (BCS) at IBM. With almost 25 years of experience, Mr. Portilla is an industry thought leader, speaker and coach in the areas of Agile Software Development, WebSphere Portal and Web 2.0 technologies. Mr. Portilla co-authored a Start Now solution guide for the Small and Medium Business Partners on WebSphere Portal.

Matthew Stokes is a Senior IT Architect working for the IBM CIO office in the Total Workplace Experience Center of Excellence (TWE COE). He currently is an architect for, and manages, a next generation WebSphere Portal installation aimed at show casing new portlets and technologies to the internal IBM population. Prior to joining the TWE COE, Matthew was a member of IBM's Webahead team, helping to architect and develop the Broadcast tools and Geographic location services that are now integrated in the Lotus Sametime product. Matthew also has extensive experience with, and is certified on, IBM DB2, IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM AIX, Lotus Domino, Redhat Linux, and Microsoft Windows. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
 

Rahul Vyas

John Bergland is a is a project leader at the ITSO, Cambridge Center. He manages projects that produce IBM Redbooks®, focusing on IBM Lotus and WebSphere technology. Before joining the ITSO in 2003, John worked as an IT Specialist with IBM Software Services for Lotus®  (ISSL), specializing in Notes and Domino®  messaging and collaborative solutions. He holds an MBA and MS in Information Technology from Boston University.
