Parent topic: IBM Marketing Center Spot
- Click Edit Mode to expand the tool bar.
- Click Content -> Marketing.
- Drag a IBM Marketing Center to the page.
- Provide values for the Marketing Center Spot settings.
Default content displays when a customer first arrives to a page and is replaced by Marketing Center content that is based on campaign requirements. If content is not delivered to the spot from Marketing Center, the default content continues to display in the spot. Default content resides in your web content library in WebSphere Portal. All other offers that display are in Marketing Center. Zone ID
A zone ID is an ID that identifies this spot to Marketing Center. This ID is used in campaigns in Marketing Center to map site communications to the correct location in WebSphere Portal. Droppable
The zone ID must begin with a lowercase letter (a-z) or uppercase letter (A-Z). After the initial letter in the zone ID, you can use letters, numbers (0-9), hyphens ("-"), underscores ("_"), colons (":") and periods (“.”).
When you select Yes for this option, only this spot and other Marketing Center spots with the Droppable option set to Yes are identified as zones in Marketing Center.Height
Specify a fixed height for this zone. For example, if your offers are 200px in height, enter 200px. For automatic sizing of your zone height, leave this field blank.CSS Style
Style changes are applied to offers delivered from Marketing Center. For example, you can specify a CSS class that creates a border around your spot.
