When the layers are uncompressed, you will be able to activate changes to the profile and other files in WebDav by clearing the browser cache and refreshing the page instead of needing to reboot after every change.

- Log on to the WebSphere® Integrated Solutions Console.
- Open the Troubleshooting section and click Logs and Trace -> WebSphere_Portal -> Change log details levels.
- Set the following trace string: com.ibm.wps.resourceaggregator.CombinerDataSource.RemoteDebug=all
- Restart your portal.
