If you have problems with e-mails coming from your domain to your domain, I would recommend to create a Rule:
From: MYDOMAINS
To:MYDOMAINS
Action: Block
This rule can be placed on top of all rules.
E-Mails coming from your domain to your domain will never be routed through the internet so everything what is coming from the internet, using your domain is a fake and can be blocked.
