Hello.
Once I have created a global whitelist with a policy rule (Senders=My global whitelist, Recipients=My Domains, Action=Allow). This rule is placed before my Quarantine Spam rule (so there are no rules with Action=Block before it) and it works, in general: mails from "My global whitelist" are not checked by subsequent rules (for example, MyMail testing rule).
Nevertheless, some mails from "My global whitelist" are blocked with such message: "554 Mail from user123@acme.com rejected for policy reasons." What can be the reason and how can I make my global whitelist work without such errors?
In SMTP ->smail log I see such messages:
