Hi,
i have several problems in the moment with my protector 2.7
The vm looses network connectivity, but not completely. The mail service accepts emails on the internal and external interface, but is not routing any of these emails.
The only messages i found in these dead times, was this:
Aug 9 13:21:53 mx pvmail[6103]: id=MS time="2011-8-9 13:21:53" fw=mx pri=3 issueid=1000002 name=System_Error msg="PGConnection::Execute: Could neither rollback nor reconnect. The server seems to be offline or crashed."
But normally i gets no logrotation, no graphical performance data in the browser session and so on.
I started to monitor the machine with nagios. I test port 25, 80, icmp, but nothing special happens. All answer.
So my next idea to ask the snmp agent for queued mails, but i can't get response locally, nor on eth0.
