Hello,
We often learn the hard way which filters are good or indeed a trap for false positive.
Which rules do you like or dislike ?
Do you use Zero Level Analysis (ZLA) or Dynamic Host Reputation ?
For myself, I don't trust the following analysis modules :
- Spam Heuristics
- Spam Structure
- Spam Keywords
I have had legitimate emails catched by them.
Maybe the rules work better on english emails as with other languages.
Do you agree, what are your magic formulas ?
