Dear Colleagues , i am new to lotus protector , and one our clients had a mail server spamming so it has since been resolved and working fine. The problem now is when ever they send anything to our domain we cant get anything and the only error message they get is the "maximum number of delivery attempts has been reached".
Is there anywhere we can make an exclusion for the external domain.
