Hi everyone, Some of our users are unable to download attachments because the activeX control is not enabled -- just a box with an "X" in its place. I've looked at the browser settings and found no mention of ActiveX controls. Internet Options -> Advanced. We are using Internet Explorer 6. Please post a response if you can help. Thanks
