First off, check the trace logs right after the error occurs. Go to Help\Support\View Trace. See if there are any additional errors or stack traces in there. If not, you can enable verbose logging. Here's how to do that:
- Close Notes
- Open the file <notes install location>\data\workspace\.config\rcpinstall.properties
- Add these lines to the file:
- com.ibm.documents.connector.level=FINEST
- com.ibm.quickr.client.level=FINEST
- com.ibm.quickr.client.common.notes.level=FINEST
- Save and close the file
- Restart Notes
