If you have not saved your page before, then there will be a page titled as FIELDTITLE_UNTITLED.
you uploaded image is stored in this page as attachment, you can get the attachment URL via the "download" link, and use it in CKEditor to insert the image.
It's a good suggestion to extend CKEditor to be able to select already uploaded images...
