Hi there we link directly to Quickr Atom feeds to open documents, for example -

this has never been a problem until the past couple of weeks when users started reporting that if they re-visited a link to an xls file they got a message to say (temporary file name) is locked for editing by themselves. If you click on Notify and open it read only, sit there for 10 seconds you get the notification its available and can then open it, but exiting and going in to it again gives the same problem.
It's like some sort of temporary file clean-up is not taking place. I've looked for temp files for matches on the filename but cannot find it anywhere! If you go direct to Quickr you do not have this problem.
Very strange - does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
