hi, can i aslo implement like other appications (for example, helpdesk) in quickr? actually i am java programmer. I don't think so that i can implement like this applicaion in quickr. Am i correct? Becoz when i viewed the coding, some coding are hidden. And very hard to understand. Am I correct? Plz adivice me. My desire is want to do Helpdesk by using Lotus Quickr.
