it's not so easy or out-of-box.
you can try to customize the download link to point to Quickr Connector qkr link like "quickr:\\xxxxx" to let Quickr Connector to launch their native applications.
or you can try to customize to disable all download links, and leave preview link for view, and attachment edit link to using quickr connector to launch their native applications.
