Wikis and Blogs do not show in Add Places for Connector 85

Connectors 8.5.1 (Lotus Domino) AIX
We upgraded our production server to 8.5 and when the new Connector is installed, we can no longer add Wikis or Blogs, just standard places. We even tried the latest hotfix for the connector, HF4, with no success.
We then upgraded our dev server to Quickr 8.5.1, same results. I added a new Wiki, and it does not appear in the Add Places list, nor do any of the earlier Wikis. These Wikis are "out of the box" and not third party.
FWIW, we had no end of problems with the 85 connectors, including issues checking documents in, document icons not reflecting the document type, i.e., Word, PDF, Excel (they were all "standard" Quickr document icons).
We plan to open a PMR, but thought we'd ask here in case anyone has found a workaround.
