Certain users cannot see space when using Lotus Connectors. We are running Domino 7.03 on OS5.3 and Quickr 8.02 Windows on clients is XP SP2
Some users cannot see any places when adding places via the connectors. For most users it works fine. For the others, the system thinks about 8 sec (assume it is retrieving list) and then displays a grey list of nothing.
IBM open PMR, just wondering if anyone out there has experienced the same problem.
It is definitely user related. I have cross tested.
