A user consistently gets an error with her Quickr Monitor in her system icon tray. The error message box is titled "Cache Errors" and the message reads "Some libraries contain documents with errors. Local files for these errors were not deleted.". We can clear the error for her by going into the Monitor properties and setting the miniumum age of last accessed time of files to one or two days. The message comes up when she is dropping emails into her Quickr library. Does anyone know what this message means, or how we can supress it? Thank you in advance!
