I am not sure whether the ldap group has an O part in the CN. In case your LDAP is Domino based, groupes do not necesarily have it. The best test is to launch a ldapsearch command and search for groups (according to the settings in you qpconfig.xml, ldap section). You will see how your ldap returns the information.
