Hi All,
I am currently working on lotus quickR place. User has following requirements:
-->A customized form will be available in this place for all users. Documents created using this form will follow pre-defined workflow.
-->When request initiator submits request, a mail notification will be sent to specified group of users (Notification about document creation).
-->When final approver approves request, and request moves to published state, a mail notification will be sent to specified group of users (Notification about publishing or final approval of document).
Problem in current scenario:
During custom form creation, I did not found any option to mark any user / group as cc / FYI (for mail notifications). I created placebolt, that is working fine in case of form submit, but in case of final approval, I am still unable to send any extra mail. Please Help me to resolve the issue.
