After installing the Snapps databases and creating new placetypes, then test places, I tried to create documents in several of them. Pushing the "Create" button always failed with a JavaScript error that if could not find the function "getFieldValue".

I viewed the source to see if I could find the .js file with the function and looked at the following files on the QP server. None contained the function.

<script type="text/javascript" src="/qphtml/html/dojo/dojo.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/qphtml/html/common/qp_context_menu.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/qphtml/html/common/qp_ajax.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/qphtml/html/common/qp_drag_and_drop.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/qphtml/html/common/qp_folder_display.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/qphtml/html/common/qp_write_html.js"></script>

I did find the function in the qp_util.js file, which is not (as far as I can tell) included in any of the pages.

As a workaround, I copied the code in the qp_util.js to the beginning of qp_write_html.js and it everything seems to be working for now.

Is the qp_util.js file supposed to be included in each of the pages? What would be the proper fix?

Thanks
Steve
