I am managing a space which has subspaces with various access authorisations.
I want to be able to subscribe contents of folder (mainly discussion and task folders) from various sub-spaces. As I cannot assure Notes to be available for every user, the subscription should be possible from ordinary feed readers as well as for example with thunderbird.
This works perfectly fine for spaces which have reader access for [Anonymus].
Members of our research group should be able to subscribe also content from discussion folders that are access restricted. This does not work. Subscription is rejected with the message "no valid feed recieved". Checking the feed adress reveiled that the Quickr-internal log-in requests blocks the feed data from beeing send.
Is there any way to allow my team members (and nobody else) to subscribe discussions out of restircted spaces?
For example by sending the log-in data rightaway with the feed adress such as proposed online in many forums as: http://[username]:[password]@[feed url] or any other walkaround]
