We have customer with LQ J2EE which use announcements template, but we need define expiration date for announcements. Is there way, how I can configure announcement for expiration and! showing old announcements?
Announcements use WCM and there are presentation and authoring layer. I can create workflow with expiry action but all announcements are stored to "invisible" library for WCM and therefore I can't configure archive for announcements accessible for users.
Therefore I try to configure new library with WCM for publish announcement with expiry date. There is all fine, but I have problem with authoring tool for create, edit and delete content. I create authoring component with these actions and in presentation layer I define component that refers to authoring tool. On the web, I see all define actions on authoring tool, but any of them doesn't work. When I clicked e.g. to new content, the web page refreshed but without authoring layer.
