Hi All,
I really am stumped on this one. I must first admit I only ever admind Domino mail before and my new job has a quickplace enviroment so I am trying to learn the terms, bare with me.
My Issue.
When a new user is created on my directory, they cannot log into the site. All existing users can, even if I change their passwords. I do not use LDAP authentication, all users are external acounts. I did find that the cert for my server was expired, I recertified it but did not help. Since I am new to this, is there any detailed logs I can check and where to see what exactly happens when the user is beeing denied access? I wonder is it a certificate or something? Anyone have any ideas? I even tried to restore from Tape 3 weeks ago when ti worked and still had no change...Anyone???
