We are actually on release 8.5.2 fp 26.
We are experiencing a problem with a few documents that were migrated from DDM using the IIUI tool. The documents in question have many versions (60+) and a lot of activity log information.
We can put the documents in Edit mode, but if we attempt to Save As Draft, we are prompted for a user name and password. Even upon entering that information, it continually asks for authentication and never saves the document.
Thinking it was an issue with the size of the activity log fields, we wrote and ran an agent to grab all the data from the activity logs and then rewrite them so each is smaller than it was when migrated. In TEST this resolved the problem, but in Production, it did not.
We have searched this forum and google looking for similar issues, but with no success. Has anyone seen behavior like this? Any suggestions on what could be causing it or what else we can try?
