We have a Room and Folder structure set up and when new documents are added they get uploaded with a specific 'Form' we have created where versioning is enforced. This works fine.
We then have a specific folder where we have a workflow 'Form' that we want to use when documents are put into this folder. This works fine for new documents added from outside of Quickr, but if we 'move' an existing Quickr document into the folder with the workflow form the form is not being used, and workflow not triggered.
Presumably this is because the document in Quickr already has a form associated to it. So how do we replace this form to get the workflow to trigger ?
We could copy out and reload the document but we then have 2 copies of the same document in Quickr, which defeats the object...
