Hi, and thanks for reading my post.
The above message appears when one of my users tries to open an Excel workbook using the Connectors. The message box that shows has the word "Places" in the title, and the line following the "Error 2" text has the complete path to the workbook. I checked the entire path length and it's 154 characters, which Excel should not have an issue with.
