Some of my users reported that they cannot open the member list while they are using the function "Send Notification"/"SendLink" (There is no hyperlink on the word "TO" and therefore they cannot click to get a member list).
I use my PC to login same place and use the function on the same document. It works well when using my account, however, it really doesn't have a hyperlink to get member list when using other accounts. I tried in 2 PC, and both have the same result.
My Quickr is 8.5.1 FP26.
Do I need to do some configureation or it's a bug?
