While a document is in a review/approval cycle, we don't want users to see the attachment until it is approved and made into a new version.
So we created a new document without an attachment. We then created a draft and added the attachment to the draft.
The document was processed through review and approval cycles with no edits made. Upon approval, the draft was checked in and the version created.
After doing this, the draft goes away, and the attachment (from the draft) is not attached to the published version. We are unable to locate the attachment that was added to the draft.
What happens to the draft and/or attachment?
Is there a way to add an attachment to the initial published copy before making it a draft, but keeping the attachment hidden from users?
